Our goal at Green Wedding DJ, whether you have your wedding in San Jose, the Bay Area or anywhere in the Silicon Valley is to help alleviate some of your stress. We've got a series of tools to help you now. And we're dedicated to making your wedding run smoothly on the Big Day. We'll do whatever we can to help make that happen. And we'll do it in an appropriately eco-friendly manner. That means, that besides offsetting our carbon through programs such as Terra Pass, we will try to minimize our footprint; by helping you use less paper (all of our forms are online, allowing you to change and revise up to the last minute, without having to kill tree after tree; using eco-friendly equipment (like using low wattage, high powered LED lighting), etc.

People sometimes ask us: "Why don't you just have some packages and prices on your web site?" Wouldn't that be easier? And the real answer is that we don't know what we're going to be doing for you. We have no idea what your dream wedding looks like. Every wedding that we do is completely customized to what you want. We'll use a Reception Planner to help you through some of the decisions you'll need to make. We'll give you the options and tell you how much for each. We'll tailor it to you. And that includes not only music, but all the different aspects of the wedding from planning, to photos, to flowers, to rehearsals, you name it. And we'll talk with you so we can get a good idea about how you want your wedding to look. Everyone is different. Be assured that although we're in the business to make money, we also know that if we do a great job at a reasonable price, you'll refer us to your friends. By minimizing our ad dollars through your referrals, we can save money and pass it on to you. For those of you that are in the beginning stages of planning, congratulations! We can probably save you tons of money with some of our cost saving ideas and strategic alliances.

And don't worry. We'll try to work within your budget. A green wedding doesn't mean it needs to cost outrageously more. You let us know what you want. We'll try to give you an idea of what you may need, and when you call or email there is no big sales pitch (this here is the big pitch, isn't it). Whether you want to iPod your own green wedding in your backyard, or you have a guest list of thousands we can help you do it.

And we haven't forgotten music. At the end of the big day that's why both you and I are here. Yes, we have plenty of it. Yes we like it, but more importantly we'll play what you want. Yes, we'll give you our suggestions based on years of doing weddings (hopefully that's one of the reasons you're hiring us), but ultimately you decide. And that means what to play and what not to play. You'll be able to choose any song you want through our music search page. If you need help picking out songs (whether that's for your first dance, a dance with your parents, throwing the bouquet, whatever) we have some suggestions that other people have used. Pick one or use the lists to spur your imagination.
